RumbaTours Miami Party Bus Giveaway Entry Form
RumbaTours Miami Party Bus Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of RumbaTours and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Participants must be in Miami or traveling to Miami during the promotion period. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period: The giveaway begins in April 2024 and ends exactly six months later, in October 2024. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants must complete the giveaway entry form with all required information and agree to these Terms and Conditions. To win, describe your dream tour in the provided space with a creative story of how you would make your open-air party bus tour epic. Include why you deserve to win and what would make your tour unforgettable.
Prize: The winner will receive a 2-hour party bus tour for up to 15 passengers, including BYOB facilities, cooler and ice, with an attendant on board. The prize must be scheduled on a Friday or Saturday, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The prize has an estimated value of $650.85. Tips are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. Any requests to change the scheduled time may incur additional charges. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by our judges based on who has completed all entry requirements and provided the most creative story. Selection will occur on the third Monday of each month. Winners will be notified via email. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 2 days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Publicity and Filming: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for RumbaTours to use the winner's name, likeness, entry, and any footage or recordings taken during the tour for purposes of advertising, trade, and promotional activities without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The day of the tour may be filmed and recorded by RumbaTours for promotional purposes.
General Conditions: RumbaTours reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond RumbaTours’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by RumbaTours in its sole discretion.
Liability Release: By entering, participants release and hold harmless RumbaTours and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Miami.
Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to RumbaTours' privacy policy.
