We also venture to South Beach, adhering to specific local regulations that require music volume to be lowered and all passengers to remain seated during the tour.
Your bus comes with an attendant dedicated to make sure your group has an unforgettable experience. This includes taking care of the tunes! Whether you have a specific song request or a whole playlist in mind, just let your attendant know. They're there to help with anything you need and to keep the music flowing, setting the perfect soundtrack for your adventure.
RumbaTours services are available in Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, and occasionally Coral Gables, with limited operations in South Beach due to local noise ordinances and seating requirements.
Pick-ups beyond standard locations may be accommodated upon request, subject to an additional charge and prior approval to ensure integration with the existing tour route and schedule.
Compliance with South Beach regulations necessitates reduced audio levels and seated passengers while in transit within this locale.
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, provided they are in non-glass containers—plastic or cans only. Riders must be 21 or older to possess alcohol on board.
For the safety of all our guests, glass containers are not allowed on any RumbaTours bus. This rule helps prevent injuries that could occur if glass breaks. Please ensure all beverages are in plastic containers or cans.
Yes, you can still enjoy a RumbaTour with fewer than 15 passengers by choosing the per-passenger rate. However, you would still be required to pay for the minimum of 15 passengers. For individuals or smaller groups, we offer the option to book a single ticket for our public tour.
Our tours operate rain or shine, equipped with temporary tarps for light rain. In the event of strong rain, we offer the option to reschedule your tour for another day. Please note that tours may be canceled if it is actively raining at the time of the tour, and cancellations due to weather forecasts are not permitted.
We suggest attire you feel great in and can easily move around in. Depending on your final destination, consider the venue's dress code. Opt for breathable materials to keep cool and comfortable shoes for dancing.
Individuals under 18 years old are welcome to book a bus with RumbaTours. However, a chaperone or legal guardian must be present onboard. We require one chaperone for every 15 underage passengers to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Absolutely! We love to see how our guests personalize their tours with decorations. Please use only painter's tape or masking tape for attaching decorations. We do not allow nails, tacks, staples, duct tape, confetti, glitter, “silly string” products, colored tissue paper, “Easter grass,” tape on floors, or any decorations on the exterior of the vehicle. All decorations must be removed after the tour. If these guidelines are not followed, a $150 clean-up fee will be charged.
No, to secure your reservation with RumbaTours, you only need to make a $200 deposit. The total balance is due one day before your scheduled tour, making it convenient for you to plan and budget for your exciting adventure.
